Mr. Mohinder Pal Narabut, Abhishek Pal Narabut's father and Shinder Pal Narabut's elder brother left for heavenly abode on February 8, 2018 at John Muir Hospital in Concord after battling for his life with an exemplary courage.

Mr. Mohinder Pal was born in Sarhal Qazian, Jallandhar, Punjab in India on April 10, 1950.  He retired as a Senior-manager from Syndicate Bank in Chandigarh. He was an honest person with a pleasing personality and friendly nature. He was a nature lover and followed an active lifestyle. He was a pioneer of the NARABUT family. He worked hard to educate his children and give his family a distinguished life style.

He is survived by his mother Mata Swarni Narabut, wife Kamla Rani, his son Abhishek Pal Narabut (who has served as General Secretary of Sri Guru Ravidass Temple), daughter in law Navdeep Kaur, daughters Swati Pal and Shivika,  granddaughters  Ayesha Pal and Liyana Pal, brothers Kashmir Lal Narabut and Shinder Pal Narabut (Ex-Chairman of Sri Guru Ravidass Temple), sisters Reshmo, Joginder Kaur and Amarjit Kaur. He had very strong family values and was deeply attached to his roots. He went back to India last year for his daughter Swati's marriage to Manish Sawal. He came back from India with his wife to be with his son in December 2017.

He survived a deadly nervous breakdown in 1995 and again a major attack in 2008 which affected his memory. He fought the heroic battle twice but this time he left us to unite with the Almighty after an honorable fight at 1:50pm on February 8, 2018. Till the last moment he stayed strong. Every person whosoever knew him or was around him, prayed for his wellbeing. We all had the hope that he will come home soon.

His Funeral services will be on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 9:30am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel,  2295 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg CA 94565.

Cremation services following at Oak view Memorial Park 2500 E. 18th St., Antioch, Ca 94509.

Final ARDAS  and Guru Ka Langar will be at Gurughar, 2150 Crestview Drive, Pittsburg CA.
