Nerie Bravo Pagobo, 67, passed away on May 14, 2013 at her home in Pittsburg, California. She was born on March 8, 1946 in Isabel, Leyte, Philippines.
She graduated from Southwestern University in Cebu City, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. She worked as a Medical Technician for Los Medanos Community Hospital for 23 years and at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Delta Hospitals for 7 years.
Nerie was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Amodia Pagobo.
Nerie is survived by her devoted children, Imelda [Dave] Oki and David [Maureen] Pagobo; stepchildren, Norma [Roger] Narciso, Danny Pagobo, Aurora [Keith] Groves, Ofelia [Dan] Lopez and Arturo [Josephine] Pagobo; brothers and sisters, Felisa [Orlando] Tan, Heracleo [Monina] Bravo Jr., Gundalina [Roldan] Acompanado, Anastacio [Fe] Bravo, Eduardo [Maveth] Bravo, Gregorio [Gemma] Bravo, and Lilibeth [Ron] Pato; grandchildren, Taylor Oki, Jared Oki, Ava Pagobo, Roslynn Lloyd, Danny Pagobo, Danella Coleman, Edward [Christina] Mangonon, Erin Lopez, Adrienne [Justin] Arbitrario, Brandon Pagobo and Ashley Pagobo; great-grandchildren, Anthony Lloyd, Thomas James Lloyd, Samantha Lloyd, Andrew Mangonon, Joseph Mangonon, Gabriella Mangonon and Jim Roman; and 15 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesdat, May 22, 2013 at 4:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
