Oliver Arceo is survived by his mother Rebecca Dizon, brothers Geoffrey Eaton and Gino Dizon, brother-in-law David Eaton, sister-in-law Regina Dizon. He is also survived by his nieces Katarina, Kaylin and Kamrin Dizon.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 28, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm. Funeral service Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11:00am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel.
