It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia A. Lombardo, who passed away on the 13th of February 2025 at the age of 94 years.  She was born on the 20th of June 1930 and was raised in Oakland, California, where she graduated from Holy Names High School, and then relocated to Pittsburg in 1955 when she married Frank J. Lombardo, who she was married to for 45 years until his passing in 1999.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Lombardo, by her daughter Michele Lombardo, by her son Frank J. Lombardo, Jr., and by her grandchild Lisa Lombardo. She is survived by her children Denise Lombardo, Andrea Lombardo and Adrienne Peretti, and her grandchildren Stephanie Clemens, Ashley Clemens and Stacy Heiser, and her great- grandson Ambrose Heiser.

Patricia retired from AT&T after 25 years of service and spent her days with her grandchildren and enjoying her garden. She liked to travel. She was an avid reader and loved to solve crossword puzzles.

She will always be in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 12:00pm with a chapel blessing at 1:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
