Patricia (Pat) Peters DelCarmen, Jun. 2, 1950 – Dec. 29, 2011. Pat passed away on Dec. 29, 2011 at the age of 61, after a short battle with ovarian cancer. She is survived by her sons (John, Lloyd & Justin) and grandchildren (Joshua, Jalex, Sam & Jacob). Viewing will be in Pittsburg Funeral Chapel on Jan. 4, 2012 @ 9am-12:30pm followed by a mass @ 1:00pm-2:00pm in St. Peter Martyr Church, 740 Black Diamond St., Pittsburg CA 945
