Patricia (Patti) Van Horn passed away in her home after a long illness. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Patti started her career in the leather alteration profession at the age of 15, working for her father at Terminal Shoe Repair in Concord. Upon his retirement, Patti became a sole proprietor, opening Patti's Patchwork. Her new venture allowed her to combine her love of working with leather and her love of connecting with people. Patti is survived by her parents Clarence and Mary Lou Bellamy, brother Roger (Judy) Bellamy, sisters Paula (Don) Lear, Clarissa (Tommy) Mason, mother-in-law Jean Van Horn, husband Glenn Van Horn, daughter Amy Van Horn, son Jeff (Nicole) Van Horn, and granddaughters Alyssa, Janessa and Baylee. Patti is preceded in death by brother Larry Bellamy and father-in-law Warren Van Horn. Patti had such a loving and kind heart and will be deeply missed by all of those who knew her.
