Patriciann Hubbard of Pittsburg passed away peacefully on Monday, November 15, 2021 at John Muir Medical Center in Concord. Patriciann was born on September 18, 1953 in Pittsburg. She is the daughter of Angelo Basterrechea and Nunzia (Nancy Esposito) Basterrechea.

Patriciann attended local schools and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1971. Patriciann later became a Special Student Aide at Village, stoneman, Parkside and Marina Vista Elementary schools. The students loved her and call her Miss. Pat since they could not pronounce her last name.

Patriciann married her husband David Hubbard in 1985 and they were married for 38 years.

Patriciann is survived by her husband David, father Angelo Basterrechea, Her brother Andrew and wife Cynthia, two nephews Nick and Tony, aunts, uncles and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother Nancy.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a funeral service at 2:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel.
