Patsy was born in Krebs, Oklahoma, to Asa and Willie Miller.  She had 2 brothers, Ludwell and Bill, and 1 sister, Wanda, who have all predeceased her. She was married in 1949 to Earl Vaughan and was married 57 years until his death.).  Patsy has lived in Pittsburg for 67 years. She worked at several jobs and finally retired from Contra Costa County Environmental Services.  Later in life she was baptize at the Church of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking and family get togethers.  She believed in love and family forever. She had 2 daughters, Patty Lew (husband Don Lew, predeceased) and Vickie Chamberlain (husband Dean).  Patsy had 4 grandchildren, Patrick and wife Kim, Michelle, Michael and wife Bonnie, and Paul.  She also had 3 great grandchildren, Ashley, Hunter, and Andrew.
