Pauline, known as Punkie was born in OK. She was a kind and loving person. Her gift to others was her hospitality. She served as the Church greeter for many years. Making sure everyone felt welcome. She enjoyed her home, cooking, ceramics, crafts, camping, travel, and playing games. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Etsel Barner. Having no children of their own their Nieces and Nephews became as their children whom they loved dearly her nieces and nephews Betty Gregg, Phyllis Zenor, Ronette McDowell, Robert Smith Jr., Gary Biles, Cari Loomis, Jamie Gonderman and their families were there to support her in the sunset days of her life. She also had many other nieces and nephews whom she also loved dearly. She loved the Lord and shared his love with everyone. Punkie is now resting in his arms.
Services will be held at the First Missionary Baptist Church, 640 E. Tregallas Rd., Antioch, Ca. 94509. On April 8, 2016 at 11am.
