Peter passed away unexpectedly at the age of 77. He was a lifelong resident of Pittsburg.
Peter leaves his love of his life Rose Marie, daughter Valerie Romo, son Peter Jr (Kelly).
His grandchildren Nicholas, Ryan, Alyssa, and Gina Palomino (Mario), his great-grand daughters Alexaundria Rocha and Essabella Grajeda. Sisters Rosalie Thompson (Boyd), Andrea Gott (Buz) and Anna Marie Garcia. Brother Salvatore Cardinale. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and lifelong friends.
Peter started work at the early age of 10 years old, selling newspapers at Camp Stoneman. He worked 40 years, as a millman, for Burke Door, Sure Fit Door and R & L Door, retiring in 2001.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the "NFL Red Zone", never missing a Pittsburg/Antioch football game, but most of all he was devoted to his family.
Peter will be together again in Heaven with his parents Andrew & Jennie Cardinale, sister & brother in law Nancy & John Billeci, brother David Cardinale, sister in law Laura Cardinale & son in law Tony Romo.
Please join us to celebrate Peter's life Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:00am for a chapel blessing at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
