Peter Mayjoffo, 87, passed away peacefully on Monday. He was a lifelong resident of Pittsburg and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1947. He served in the U.S. Navy before working for Shell Oil. He was a dedicated family man, a loving and humorous individual we all enjoyed having in our lives.
Peter is survived by his brother, Joseph Mayjoffo, sister, Betty Nunes, and many nieces and nephews. Peter is preceded in death by his wife, Anna.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 6:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm. Chapel blessing Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:00am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
