Phyllis Lee Baker was born 12/15/31 in Martin's Ferry, Ohio. She was a longtime resident of Concord. She was retired from Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek. Where she worked as an appointment receptionist.
Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was a woman of intelligence, strength, style, wit, and tradition. A woman who fiercely loved her family, unconditionally. She possessed a fire that lead her passionately through life. Phyllis' compassion and sensitivity will be forever remembered. She was cherished and loved by so many.
Phyllis is survived by her children; Emery Baker, Janet Story, Karen Butler and Lois Cory. Her 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She will be greeted by her husband of 60 years Richard Baker, and son Donald Baker.
There will be no funeral services due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
