Obituary

In loving memory of our Beautiful Mother; Phyllis Dianne Perez, also known as Jackie, departed this life on Saturday December 24th, 2022, at the age of 76 in Concord CA.  Jackie was born to Harry John Beltram and Inez Beltram of Oakley CA where she grew up in a very large family of 14 children, 7 boys and 7 girls, she was the 8th child. She graduated from Antioch Adult
Education.
She was a homemaker in her early years of her life.  She then worked for various companies as she would say "A jack of all trades" agricultural worker, Hickmont cannery, H&R Block Taxes, Mervyn's, Pro-Sports, Inc., United States Postal Service (hated it!!), House cleaner, ADL Circuits and Contra Costa County as a caregiver.
Jackie was known for her very loud infectious laugh. If there was a birthday, anniversary, graduation, holiday, BBQ, sporting events, you name it she wanted to attend she loved to be with her family and friends. She also loved to tell stories of how all 13 of her and her siblings grew up in Oakley in the good ol' days to her nieces and nephews.
She was an avid San Francisco Giants and San Francisco Forty Niners fan. She also enjoyed BINGO, watching her old Hollywood movies, westerns, listening to oldies music and Rock & Roll, dancing and cooking for her kids, family and friends. Our mother was very generous and had a big heart. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.
Jackie is preceded in death by her brothers Frank Beltram, Armand Beltram, Richard (Dickie) Beltram, Kenny Beltram, Dennis Beltram and Sisters Patricia (Patty)Torres, Gloria Florez, Elizabeth (Betty) Daugherty and Olivia (Nana) Beltram.
She is survived by her 2 children Pamela Perez Concord, Phillip (Guy) Perez Kalispell, MT. and son-in-law Greg Ludden Concord, granddog Rocky, brother Harry Beltram Oakley, Bill Beltram Bethel Island, Linda Diaz Discovery Bay, Anita Stimac Tucson, AZ. and many nieces and nephews, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren that she just adored!
The funeral services will be held Friday, January 6, 2023, at 12:00noon at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch Ca.
