Rhoda Elizabeth Culpepper is preceded into death by her husband of 64 years, Joe Edward Culpepper. She is survived by her brother John Fell, sister Annette Pape and her 5 sons: Johnny Joe Culpepper, David Culpepper, William Frank Culpepper, Richard Edward Culpepper and Daniel Lee Culpepper. Rhoda has 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral services Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 11:00am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial following at Oakmont Memorial Park 2099 Reliez Valley Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549.
