Richard Clair Osborne, 63, passed away March 5, 2012 at John Muir Medical Center, Concord. He was a native of New York and a longtime resident of Antioch. Richard attended Harper College in Binghamton, NY. For 30 years Richard worked for Beresford Corporation until his retirement.He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Mency C. Osborne, brothers Michael and wife Priscilla of Daly City, Steve and wife Charlotte of Maryland; two nieces Miranda Witnoski and Stacy Woodall and stepson Dr. Dale Villasenor. He was preceded
