Rita May Lujan, born in New Hampshire on January 7, 1932 peacefully passed away at the age 80 in her long time Pittsburg home on August 14, 2012. Rita was married to Salvador Lujan II for 37 years. She is survived by her four children: daughter Michelle, son Dean and his partner Steve, son Salvador III and his wife Emma, and son Tony. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren, all natives of Pittsburg. Rita also retired from Pittsburg Unified School District as a cook for 15 years. she will be truly missed and loved by all family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Chapel blessing Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 10:00am both at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following at Oakview Memorial Park, Antioch.
