Romesh "R.C." Paul B.A., L.L.B.,(retired judge) was born on May 6, 1932 in undivided India. He breathed his last on January 30, 2015 in Fairfield, Ca. He is survived by his wife Asha. He completed his immortal journey in numerous fields of higher education, government service, politics, legal practice and above all service to the mankind and humanity.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 9:30am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Cremation services following at Oakview Memorial Park 2500 E. 18th St., Antioch, Ca 94509.
