Rose Marie passed away peacefully at the age of 81, on the evening of February 6, 2019, hours before her and Peter's 60th wedding anniversary. Her loving children were by her side. Born in Stockton, CA. she was the only child of Dino and Theresa Salvetti. She was a lifelong resident of Pittsburg. Graduating from Pittsburg High School in 1955. Rose Marie loved being a stay at home mom. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Valerie Romo, son Peter Jr. (Kelly), grandchildren Nicholas, Alyssa and Ryan. She leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and lifelong friends. Rose Marie will be reunited in Heaven with the love of her life Peter Sr., parents Dino and Theresa Salvetti, son-in-law Tony Romo and cousin Louis Salvetti. Her in-laws Andrew and Jennie Cardinale, Nancy and Tricky Billeci, David Cardinale, Laura Cardinale, Buz Gott and Rosalie Thompson.

Please join us to celebrate Rose Marie's life on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 10:30am for a chapel blessing at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
