Rose passed on February 2, 2024. She was a native and lifelong resident of Pittsburg. Rose is survived by her sister Norma Cardinalie, 4 sons, 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Rose is preceded in death by her husband Philip S. Culcasi, her parents Sal (Tredo) Russo, Ann Rose Russo and brother Vincent Russo.
A memorial funeral liturgy will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10am at the Church of the Good Shepherd
