Surrounded by his loved ones, Ruben peacefully passed on to be with the Lord. He is survived by his wife Fe, his children Cathy, Cindy, Riann and Daniel, his mom Remegia, his sisters Virginia, Rosemary and Cherilyn, his grandchildren Fred Jr., Nicholas, Michael, Jordan, Leineah, Ethan, Derek, Alana, Danica, and his great grandchildren Angelo, Julian and Gianna and his nieces and nephews David, Gavino, Jamie, Jerrett, Alex and Ariel.
