Sal was born in Pittsburg, Ca to an Italian fishing family. He served in the U.S. Army after graduating from Pittsburg High School. He was a lifelong member of the Carpenter Union.
Sal is survived by his son Greg, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Georgianna and son Dennis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy at 12:30pm at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
