Scott Wesley Dowd's beloved soul left this world on Wednesday December 13, 2023, at his home in Antioch CA. at the age of 42 years young. He is survived by his mother Karen Dowd, father Ed Dowd, bonus father Oscar Manzano Munos and step mom Shirley Dowd. His sister Amberine Rehman-Khan, brother (Hunter O'niele), and cherished dog Singer. Along with many other family members he held dear to his heart. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, dog dad and friend. Scott's warmth and kindness will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of sharing their lives with him.

A Celebration of life will be held at Little Manuel's(Hall side)509 A St, Antioch, CA 94509 on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 4pm-6pm where we will gather to celebrate Scott's life, share memories, and find solace in each other's company.

Scott's departure has left a void that can never be filled, but his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in eternal peace.
