Shirley Jean Martin passed away on Saturday after a brief illness. She touched many lives with her gentle spirit and positive outlook on life. Shirley worked for the Naval Weapons Station for 31 years. She was also a member of Green Leaves Church of Oakley.
She is survived by her sons Mark (Midge), and son Brian, all of Antioch. Grandchildren: Heidi, Erik, Kiel, Keith, Nichole, and Robert; as well as 9 great grandchildren. Brothers Dannie, and Bill Phillips, and sister Pamela Eckhart. She was preceded in death by her son Robert.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00am with a funeral service at 12:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Private burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
