Steven Arthur Spangler was called home at the age of 64 on March 3 ^rd , 2021. Born April 1 ^st , 1956 in Alameda County, he enjoyed a wonderful childhood and upbringing in Alameda where lifelong friendships were forever established in the hearts of all who knew him. He met and married the first of the two loves of his life, Suelaine Spangler, and began what would become to him his greatest legacy.

In 1987, he relocated his young family to Contra Costa County where he lived his remaining years in Pittsburg. He held a special place in every heart he encountered and was known as the best son, brother, husband, Dad, Papa, uncle, and friend.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Spangler, and brother, Rick Spangler. He is beloved and survived by his wife Amy Spangler, daughters Danielle Hudson and Natalie Spangler, stepdaughters Elizabeth King and Jessica Hartman, spouses-in-law Calvin Hudson, Angie Villalta, Robert King and David Hartman, as well as his eight grandchildren CJ, Dominic, Caiden, Baby Spangler-Villalta, Andres, Madilyn, Jackson and Piper.
