Obituary

Tonna Cutino, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the age of 100. He was born and raised in Pittsburg. He served in the U.S. Army in 1942 during WWII as a carpenter, supervising German prisoners in genreral carpentry duties and was honorably discharged in 1946. In 1947, Tonno married Mary Russo. He was a carpenter by trade, building his own home and several in the area. He was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union Local 152 for 75 years.
Tonno is survived by his daughters Hope (Anthony) Bruno and Rosalyn (Bob) Lujan. His grandchilren: Chris (Kristine) Lujan, Nick (Bethany) Lujan, Anthony (Claudia) Bruno and Natalie (Brian) Richter. He is also survived by his great grandchildren: Jacob, Maceo, Parker, Ayla, Juliana, Anthony, and Madelyn. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary in March of this year. A special thanks to caregivers Lois and Rosa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 4:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Thrusday, August 7, 2014 at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
