Passed on to her Lord Jesus to join her son Frank Duane and mother Georgiana Ward. She is survived by husband Eugene E. Hartzell, children Michael G. Jr., daughter Patricia, sibling to Mike, Barbara, Nora, Daniel and beloved father Philip D. Ward.

Viewing and services to be held at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel 10am on Feb. 9 2016. Then laid to rest at Memory Gardens, Concord. In Lieu of flowers Donations to be sent in her honor to St. Jude Hospital tribute #39929521. No reception to follow.
