Veronica Mae "Bonnie" Misquez, age 70, a lifelong resident of Pittsburg, California, passed away on December 5, 2025, at John Muir Hospital in Concord, California.

Bonnie was born on September 12, 1955, at Pittsburg Community Hospital to Noverto and Matilda Misquez. She attended local schools and was a proud graduate of Pittsburg High School. Throughout her life, Bonnie held a variety of jobs, always known for her strong work ethic and warm personality.

Bonnie deeply cherished time spent with her family and friends. Her infectious laugh and joyful spirit brought happiness to everyone around her, and she will be remembered for the love and light she shared so freely.

She is survived by her brother, Noverto (Bob) Misquez Jr., and sister-in-law, Monica; her nephews Robert Anthony Misquez and his wife Trena, and their sons Ryan, Jake, Noah, and Kaleb; Stephen Michael Misquez and his children Sophia, Liliana, Stephen, and Maison; Jason Andres Misquez and his wife Neriah, and their daughter Haven; and her niece Stephanie Misquez and her children Hector "Tito" Aaliyah and Justin.

Bonnie also leaves behind a cherished and devoted friend, Maria Munoz, who stood by her side through both joyful and challenging times.

The family will hold a celebration of life for Bonnie after the holidays.
