Vincent C. Rotell passed away at the age of 86 on February 12, 2023. He was born in Weirton, WV to Ann (Fazikas) Rotell and James Rotell. In 1948, Pittsburg, CA became his and his family's beloved hometown. He graduated from Pittsburg High School as part of the Class of 1955 with many happy memories as a Pirate football player. Vincent served in the Army and went on to work for Continental Can Company for most of his career. "Binky", as he was known by those near and dear to him, was warmly regarded for his love of living and enjoying life to the fullest. After retiring from CCC, he spent his later years working at Walmart in the garden department. Vincent spent 51 years married to the love his life, Virginia L. Rotell (Berg). In his free time, Vincent enjoyed fishing, attending car shows around the area and watching sports. With humor, wit, deep devotion to family, and charming smile.

Vincent is survived by his son Jeffrey Rhoads, brother Patrick Rotell, and many nieces and nephews. Vincent will be deeply missed by his friends and family.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Vincent's life on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 11:00am at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel with a reception immediately following at the Pittsburg Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, Vincent's family requests donations be made in his name to the Pittsburg High School Football program.
